PRINCIPAL
Michael Bluto practice has spanned more that 15 years with an emphasis on residential and commercial landlord-tenant issues, real estate law, fraudulent sales, fraudulent conveyances, clear title, mechanics liens, contracts, and HOA issues.  Michael has extensive litigation experience in state and federal courts, including successfully taking several cases through trial.  Michael is currently a member of the California State Bar, the Sonoma County Bar Association, and the Alameda County Bar Association.

Michael is a graduate of the University of Vermont, his home state.  After graduating from college, he pursued a long career in snowboarding, which led him to move to Lake Tahoe's South Shore, where he resided for over fifteen years.  He received his Juris Doctorate from Penn State University, then returned to Tahoe before finally settling in the Bay Area.

Michael is the father of three fantastic kids, who he cherishes above all else.  He serves on the staff of the NorCal Interscholastic Cycling League, spending weekends helping the league deliver the same great experiences it gave his children.  Michael is a long-time Rotarian, having served as president of his club three times so far.  In his spare time you can find him casting a fly or serving as secretary for the local flyfishing club.
